Max's Restaurant — Restaurant in Pasig

What I like about this branch is it's quite convenient to go to with adequate parking space. The toilet is clean, the place is spacious enough. We always get a good seat. Only comment is, they have lots of dishes in the menu which when ordered is not available. I ordered 3 different dishes and they are all not available. You know that part when you just got tired of pointing at dishes and you finally just ask them what is actually available then you just order what's recommended. Service is absolute trash. I specifically asked if they had pork sisig and they said yes. Also asked if I could order a smaller portion of sinigang (I ordered a smaller portion before btw) because I was dining in alone but the staff just shut me down. They gave an ETA of 15-20 mins but I waited for 40. It was only then when they asked if it was okay to replace pork with chicken. Poor service! Felt like we were being ignored since there were other tables that seemed to be attended to promptly. We had to follow up our order, ask for cutlery, no table napkins were provided, no soup bowls provided, rice served wasn’t fully cooked, had to follow up our bill.
