Iâd like to express my disappointment with the service and overall experience during our recent visit.
We placed our order through the digital self-service screen and paid via card. After waiting 30 minutes to an hour, we realized that our order was not even accepted by the system. It was only when we followed up that the staff acknowledged the issue and said they would repeat the order manually.
To make things worse, a staff member told us to eat outside because the party room was supposedly for takeout only. But once they realized there were no seats left outside, we were just told to come back in â very confusing and poorly handled.
Then, when our food finally arrived, the chicken was undercooked. The skin was still rubbery and looked uncooked on the inside â parang hilaw pa talaga, especially near the balat, which was malambot pa and not crispy or properly fried.

At the first window, the cashier wasnât attentive, kept repeating our order incorrectly, and still didnât get it right. They handed us a handwritten receipt with the wrong pricing.
When we got to the second window, the toy was missing from the meal, and the Cajun sauce wasnât included. We had to go back, and the crew asked for an additional â±20, even though in other McDonaldâs branches, it only costs â±5.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Many of the staff seemed untrained and unsure of what they were doing. I will not be returning to this branch again.

The staff did not apologise, was flustered, and kept talking to her co-staff instead of me. Never said thank you. I ordered 2 mcflurries and parang sobrang konti! Also, one had more than the other, and the one with less also had less oreo! Consistent dapat.
Being new is not an excuse, you train your staff well first BEFORE opening. There are obviously bogus reviews here. Resolve the problems instead of covering up the mistakes. I hope they improve...
