Romantic Baboy — Restaurant in Pasig

We were a party of 10. Our meal was enjoyable. The Bbq hot plate was perfect. Clean and hot as expected. The meat was fresh and plentiful as expected at an all you can eat Bbq. All the side dishes were continually topped up as requested. Servers were polite and friendly I was ready to leave a generous tip. We enjoyed the atmosphere and although our party was separated throughout the restaurant. Not an issue for us as we did not make a prior booking. As I was the person paying the tab I went to claim the bill and was directed back to the table. My family had already left. I asked to pay on MC management declined requested cash only which wasn’t an issue. After a short period management approached my partner and I and accused us dining there previously and not paying a bill. We explained we had never been to this restaurant prior and were disappointed with accusation. After 15 minutes of discussion the bill was paid and we were able to leave the restaurant. Unfortunately this spoiled our experience and evening. I made management aware of our concerns, considering we had spent 7000Php this was unacceptable. They did apologise however I don’t think...

We have visited this place thrice in the past 2 months. Service is always good—servers are attentive and always makes eye contact, which is a must for samyup restos. It gets packed during dinner time but relatively less crowded on lunch/afternoon. They serve 5 kinds of side dish and drinks are not included in the per head price, but that’s too be expected with Romantic Baboy. Some of our favorite meats were unavailable on our third visit, which is a bummer.

In the 3 instances we visited here, the comfort room is out of order. Thankfully, there’s a common CR in the second floor within the building itself. Overall though I would recommend this place: one of the samyup places with better service and some of my personal favorite...

Hindi mga friendly yung staff, walang ngumingiti..nakakahiyang humingi ng pabor..every 3 meal lang pwede iorder, so how come naging unlimited kung di mo pwedeng orderin yung gusto mo at need tatlo lang at a time sa 4 person? Incomplete service, syempre dapat kapag nakaupo na tatanungin na dapat ng staff anong order. But me? Need ko pang tumayo para makuha yung atensyon nila at umorder na. Anghilig namin magsamgyup, but this is one not worth the price. Ni di nga pwedeng tumikim man lang yung bata,talagang bukod sa cctv nakabantay at busangot sila. Gusto nila eh babayaran rin yung 3 years old eh malaking bulas yung bata. Nagmimilk lang usually and kumain man eh kain ibon lang. Nung umorder ako ng ice cream lintek makabantay kala mo talaga susubuan ko ng nasa menu kulang na lang tabihan yung toddler ko mabantayan lang nila at makitang ice cream yung kinakain. Like i feel ashame at nagsisi bakit kami kumain dito?muka lang kaming mandurugas kasi di namin hilig pumorma. Pero grabe yung nafeel kong hiya sa mga titig nila. At bilang na bilang talaga nila yung tatlong order at a time, magoorder na sana ako ng pangnext kasi halos wala na yung food pero talagang pinatapos pa nila kami bago bigyan ulit. Yung nakaribbon ng red na babae na mataba ayun yung pinakaleader nila at tagabantay sarado tagamando rin sa ibang magbantay sarado. Iisa lang yung maganda ang service, mukang galing na sa ibang mga resto kaya maalam na customer service. Honeslty pagganto pala yung mga taong magseserve sayo kahit masarap yung pagkain di ka pala talaga gaganahan😅 maeencourage ka lang talagang kumain dahil alam mong need mo mabawi yung ininvest mo pero di ka mageenjoy🤭tsaka sabi ng mataba na babae na may ribbon, wala daw yung enoki na meat pero nakita ko sa ibang table merun sila bakit...
