Pizza Stop (Italian Restaurant) — Restaurant in Puerto Galera

A friend of ours recommended Pizza Stop for good Pizza and Filipino food. As we are Pizza fanatics and have almost tried every Pizza on the island we both went for Pizza, Quattro Formaggi and DU30.

Unfortunate we were really disappointed :(

What was great was the homemade 🍅 sauce with herbs and the Mozzarella is real. But that was pretty much it.

Main concern is that the thin crust we ordered was totally wet and maze, in both Pizzas which was the main concern :(. Additionally the Pepperoni used is just the local, sweet and not nice tasting. The ingredients were hidden below the cheese and not like on a real Pizza on top.

Quattro Formaggi was definitely not 4 cheese. Mozzarella, maybe Cheddar and a little hidden blue cheese.

We tried to inform the waitress politely to inform the Chef that the dough is maze and wet to which she responded that this is their homemade dough and it is always like this when they put their sauce. I just hope that that is not true and that the quality is usually better (based on the other reviews it seems to be)

A very strange place. We ordered 2 half metre/large (I think that's what it was called) pizza. It came really quickly, it was a thin crust pizza. The dough was nice, crispy and thin, but the toppings themselves (ordered Hawaiian and Pepperoni) were a bit bland. The atmosphere was none existent (we were the only ones there) They initially played a weird kind of music and we asked if they could change the music or turn it off (they turned it off). Pizza was ok for the price - I think the sauce was a little sweet. Customer service is BAD. No one greated me - 5pm, had to look for the menue, when needed another drink no one around had to go inside ask for a drink, no tissue.
