I’ve been a regular customer for about 15 years!! So I am a fan. HOWEVER. today will be my very last time.

I asked for the pesto prosciutto but with prosciutto on the side.

The guy in the kitchen forgot to put the prosciutto on the side. So what does he do? He starts picking all the prosciutto bits out with his fingers, moving the pasta around with his bare fingers. What the heck is that? No gloves and moves the pasta bits with bare, dirty fingers. I was so grossed out. I told them to cancel and make a new one. And the worst part? The supervisor was literally standing over him as he was using his bare fingers to move the pasta around.

No sense of basic hygiene. Unbelievable. So disappointing. Won’t be coming back. End of an “era” for me. :)

I have no patience for poor hygiene in restaurants. Especially post-Covid. It’s a pity. Because the food is quite good. They did give us a free piece of ube cake, which was a nice gesture. But frankly, it doesn’t get the image out of my mind of the kitchen guy moving the pasta around with his bare hands. I always come here when visiting the Philippines (I came million times while living here between 2010 and 2017 and come often when visiting). We stopped by for lunch and had a wonderful dining experience. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiano, while my friend went for one of their pasta dishes. I got to try both, and each was flavorful, well-cooked, and satisfying. The Chicken Parmigiano had a crispy, golden crust with rich tomato sauce and just the right amount of melted cheese—comfort food done right.

What truly stood out, though, was the dessert. I had the Chocolate Malt, and it was absolutely the highlight of the meal. Rich, smooth, and indulgent, it offered the perfect balance of sweetness and depth. It was the ideal finishing touch to an already great lunch.

Overall, this place delivered both in flavor and quality. I’d definitely recommend it for a hearty, satisfying meal—especially if you love ending things on...

I went here to have ice cream and coffee during my work break. Both were good, but halfway through my snack, the server already brought me my bill then left without my asking. And, while I was still in the middle of sipping my coffee, she returned and asked me to pay.

How rude. This was in mid-afternoon and less than half of the tables were occupied. Please train your waitstaff to act better than this.
