Very very accommodating and considerate staff. And I appreciate how the store can still follow thru with the safety protocols without making the customers feel intimidated or stalked. The flavors of their drinks are consistent and carefully made.

I mention the latter because for example, today, the store doesn't have few of the essential ingredients to some of their drinks such as the English Breakfast Tea that they use for their Black Tea Latte. The baristas made sure that I know this and gave me the other tea blends I can opt for instead. This is normal service, I believe. However when the drinks were served, the barista was honest about her opinions about the drink that I had to opt for and gave a new recommendation, although she didn't push me into changing my drink and was just being transparent and giving me suggestions. I don't visit the establishment often, so I don't know if this is just standard quality service, but I appreciate the extra care the baristas showed to me and my drink. Had to wait in line for more than 15 minutes (and I was 2nd to 3rd in line) just to order my iced shaken black tea + lasagna. They had a lot of baristas at the counter and no one even bothered taking orders in advance. No one apologized as well.
