dinner at Casa Renato along Dalhia Avenue #restaurant #wheretoeat #fairview #quezoncity #dinner

Reserved a room for an intimate event and paid PHP 1125 per person, but the portion sizes were disappointingly small for the price that we paid. I initially had a guest count of 32 adults and 3 kids. We were supposed to get a package where all our guests receive bottomless iced tea and a serving of soup, salad and dessert on top of the buffet. Upon seeing the chafing dish it was mostly occupied by rice and mashed potato. The pasta serving was large but if you think about it, you paid for mostly the carbs. It was very lucky that 7 of my guests were not able to come because if they did, there will not be enough food for everyone. There was only one big bowl of salad which naturally ran out at once and not everyone was able to have salad. I gave feedback to the staff when the event ended but they said I didn’t ask for any more so they did not offer more salad. But my dad told me later on that he actually did ask for more but he was told there was nothing left. They offered to give me another bowl after the event, which I appreciated, but I said that it was too late because that bowl of salad was supposed to be for my guests. Now I don’t think I’m being unreasonable. It was only right that I expected better value for money for paying 1125 for 32 people PLUS a 10% service charge. It was very fortunate that my guests were happy that the food was delicious, and I am honestly very happy with the service by the staff because from booking to decorations to the actual event, they have been very accomodating. I especially commend Maam Meloida for going the extra mile with serving us. But I have to say, the amount of food was definitely not worth the money. If you plan to hold an event here, I don’t recommend going for the buffet. This is our second time booking an event with Casa Renato and we were happy the first time because we had individual orders for all our guests and not a buffet. We had no choice but to do a buffet this time because we had a larger guest count.

This is a hidden gem in Fairview. An events venue slash restaurant in Quezon City that is so Instagram-worthy. Love the outdoor dining area; it looks like a scene from an old fairytale book. They have quaint function rooms with different themes which you can use for private gatherings and intimate dinner parties. The ambiance is really really nice. Lighting is good, the effect of the falling Bougainvillea flowers is a nice touch whenever there's a light breeze. The fountain is so romantic. Love love the vibe of this place. Food is okay. Their steak quesadillas though is delicious, but they serve small portions but it's still reasonably priced. There were 3 of us and we paid P3,500, but with the P800+ yellow tail white moscato wine. Food served are presentable though. Ordered carbonara, braised beef, callos, spicy seafood pasta and the delish quesadillas. Dessert menu needs to be changed. None of their cakes are satisfying. Wines need to be chilled also Servers are helpful and attentive. Ice bucket and water bottle was constantly refilled. There's only one toilet and there's no handwash inside. It's not a perfect experience, but will surely visit again.

We recently celebrated our son's baptism at Casa Renato in Fairview, Quezon City, and the experience was delightful. The food was satisfactory and definitely worth the price. The generous servings ensured that all our guests felt full and satisfied, with a variety of dishes that pleased different palates.

The venue itself is quite unique, offering a distinctive and charming atmosphere that perfectly complemented our celebration. Each area provided a sense of privacy, which added to the intimate feel of our gathering. The ambiance, with its elegant décor and cozy settings, created a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.

The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure that everything ran smoothly. From the moment we arrived until the end of the event, they were always on hand to assist with any needs or requests, ensuring that our celebration was stress-free and enjoyable.

Parking was also convenient, which is a plus in this area. The overall organization and setup of the venue made it easy for our guests to navigate and feel comfortable. Casa Renato proved to be a great choice for our special occasion, and we highly recommend it for any...
