CHOWKING ROCK PLAZA — Restaurant in Quezon City

Dec 5, 2020 9AM placed order 9:01AM made a follow up around 9:15AM food is serve 9:21AM. What kind of fastfood serves food in 20minutes. We ordered Chicken Lauriat but cashier insisted Sweet&Sour Chicken, so we get Sweet&Sour instead. When we got our order, it was serve COLD 🥶 COLD Steamed Chaopan, COLD Sweet&Sour Chicken Lauriat. It was kinda warm, but not enough, it should be served HOT NOT COLD. The noodles itself looks like the local pancit canton (round curly noodles) and it is STIFF ALREADY. The staffs tho are accomodating, but even the manager (I'm not sure, but he's dressed like one) is busy chitchatting with one another while doing stuffs. So maybe thats the reason why they serve late food. Even the food delivery riders are following up the order before they get it. Tables are not immediately cleaned after and it looks disgusting. I have red many bad reviews on this branch before going here and hoping not to experience it. Though this is not a horrible experience, but this is far from acceptable. BTW those utensils that is served to us is STICKY AS HELL! NAKAKADIRI! and when we ask for a new one, we are given plastic spoon and fork, and the crew who gave it, PADABOG when she get it. Maybe they would think na "ang arte naman neto" but they should atleast did...
