Read moreI recently visited the Starbucks located in Tandang Sora, Quezon City, and I would like to share my thoughts and observations about the experience. Overall, my visit was a mixed one, with both positive and negative aspects to consider.
First, I must point out the issues I encountered during my visit. One notable concern was the inadequacy of supplies and ingredients at this particular Starbucks branch. I found that there were insufficient cups and ingredients for some of the drinks I wanted to order. This shortage of essential supplies detracted from the overall experience and was quite disappointing. It is essential for a coffee shop, especially a renowned one like Starbucks, to ensure that they have an adequate stock of items necessary for their menu.
On a more positive note, the location of this Starbucks outlet is undeniably a strong point. Situated in Tandang Sora, Quezon City, it offers a convenient and accessible spot for coffee lovers in the area. The proximity to various establishments and residential neighborhoods makes it an ideal place for both locals and passersby to visit. The ambiance inside the store is also pleasant, providing a comfortable environment for customers to enjoy their beverages and engage in conversations.
One other noteworthy aspect of this Starbucks branch is its policy regarding "CLAYGO" (Clean As You Go). While it's common for customers to clean up after themselves, I observed that this store appears more lenient in enforcing this rule. While it can be seen as accommodating, it does lead to instances where customers may not clean up their messes, leaving the responsibility to the next customer. This can result in a less-than-ideal cleanliness level within the store.
The Starbucks at Tandang Sora, Quezon City has its pros and cons. While the location is undoubtedly an advantage, there are clear shortcomings, particularly with the availability of essential supplies and a somewhat lax approach to the "CLAYGO" policy. It is my hope that Starbucks management will address these issues to improve the overall customer experience at...
Read moreThe place is quite nice but i got a terrible experience here, specially for the store manager. I planned to set my engagement here a few years ago. Basically, i approach the cashier if i can ask some favor, and she's even glad when i told her that I'm planning to do my proposal just in our table. She called the manager and relay my plans.. Right after, the manager came with unpleasant mood. He refuse my favor for asking one of the crew to bring my ordered coffee in our table then I'll follow him with my bouquet and gifts.. I was disappointed, but then i try to get calm. I can't have his crew's service so for a second time, i ask him if i can just leave my gifts and bouquet on their counter top so i can bring my ordered coffee in our table then I'll get back for my stuff. But then again, he refuse to... This got me really busted. I went to our table handling a tray of ordered coffees, bouquet on the other hand and a gift bag... I try to understand their staff situation but a treatment of the store manager makes me really disappointed. Hope this will not happen to your future customers. I'm lucky that my girl say yes to me even if this store manager give his no for a many times.. (Gay manager actually) Be gentle. Be generous....
