Walking into Gerry’s Grill, I was pleasantly surprised by how bright and welcoming the place felt. Compared to the usual dark and crowded grills, the space here is open, clean, and comfortable, which made for a nice start to the meal.

While waiting for our food to arrive, we were served complimentary soup and chips—a small but thoughtful gesture. One thing that could be improved is letting guests know upfront if those are refillable to avoid the awkwardness of asking. Also, it might help to plan the movement of staff better, especially those carrying food supplies, to avoid disrupting diners.

The staff were attentive and genuinely pleasing, striking a great balance between friendliness and professionalism. Orders were taken efficiently, and they checked in just the right number of times throughout the meal.

One standout aspect of our visit was the visible, hands-on management by Shierly, the manager on duty. She made rounds at the tables, ensuring things were running smoothly, and her presence contributed to a well-organized and calm atmosphere. It’s clear that the team operates under good leadership, and it shows in the seamless service.

Overall, this Gerry’s Grill delivers a...

This brand needs no further introduction as it is scattered all around the metro. But since i was around the area, i opted to give this a try.

They are still strict in here. Despite the restrictions being into the Alert level 1, you have to show your vaccine card, and wait to be seated. Upon being ushered to your seat, the menu needs to be scanned through QR. Then, fill out your order in a form. Kind of a hassle, when you are advised later on, that what you want is no longer being served or out of stock.

Their sinigang na bangus...though plenty, is really sour. I didn't get into it much, so i just opted it to be taken out and remix it at home. For the price, this should not be the case.

Their service... Servers are attentive but food takes a while before it's served. Considering that their kitchen is upstairs.

The place is fine, but gets really noisy, specially when groups really...

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. The food quality did not meet expectations, and the service was extremely slow. Our orders were served little by little, with long gaps in between, which made the entire dining experience frustrating.

The place was also too noisy, making it hard to enjoy the meal or even have a proper conversation. I requested to cancel the halo-halo due to the overall unpleasant experience, but I was told it was already prepared and couldn’t be canceled. Since it couldn’t be voided, I asked for it to be served later instead.

Overall, this visit was a letdown. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service and environment for...

We had a wonderful dining experience at Gerry’s Grill! We ordered the Nilagang Bulalo and Pork Barbecue, and both dishes were excellent. The bulalo was flavorful, with tender beef and a rich, comforting broth that felt like homecooked goodness. The pork barbecue was perfectly grilled—juicy, tasty, and with just the right amount of smokiness. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, perfect for enjoying hearty Filipino food with family and friends. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to. Highly recommended!

I've tried their other branches so I was expecting good food and quality service. However this branch disappoints. We had ten people in our group and we only had nine chairs. It took a while for someone to give a chair, add an additional plate and utensils. We had to request for each item. The food was also not as good as the kilawin ng puso ng saging was tough, the pork in the tokwa't baboy was mostly fat and the rest of the orders were under seasoned. Too bad since we live near the area and would have loved to come regularly for the grilled pusit. But it is not worth the drive.
