Visited this branch Dec 14, 2023. This branch gave a cake box with dirts on top and on the side. I told the staff that the box is dirty. I even pointed to it. WALA LANG DEADMA. I went out disappointed with his attitude. He DOES NOT care at all. CRAZY YOU MALE GOLDILOCKS STAFF!! unfortunately I was notable to get his name. Shame on you! I WENT BACK INSIDE AND TOLD THE OTHER STAFF TO CLEAN UP AND LET HER KNOW TOO THAT I ALREADY COMPLAINED TO THE STAFF WHO TOOK OUT THE CAKE FOR INSPECTION BEFORE PUTTING A RIBBON ON IT. HOPEFULLY THIS COMPLAINT WOULD REACH THE MANAGEMENT OF GOLDILOCKS. Attached herewith the receipt I had with this branch.
