We had our first Pinoy Cuisine in Sangkalan Visayas Ave since I landed in Manila from Sydney last Feb 5. We had an amazing experience on the food and drinks....starting with drinks we had the "Ripe Mango Shake first bursting with freshness.....intrigued, we tried the contrasting flavoured "Ripe & Green Mango Shake!"...✨️Wow!✨️ that was a palate cleanser and it created an appetizing touch....we were salivating with pinoy cuisine cravings✨️😜✨️ The Star dish of the night was a tie of "Binagoongang Baboy" & "Kinilaw na Tanguige" Binagoongang Baboy has a creamy very tasty umame flavour, not too salty just perfect for our taste.I even closed my eyes to taste it....✨️Cravings Satisfied!✨️here comes the Kinilaw na Tanguige or "Tuna Cerviche"....I didn't realize I can actually enjoy thinly sliced ginger so much....with tiny cubed of Pepino [cucumber], Juliene of tomatoes & onions...the sauce was very impressive in its balance of acidity, sweetness and sourness.....it has a creamy effect...tender tuna slices that cooked its raw slices by the acidity of the vinegarette.....with strong aroma of ginger and chilli slices. This dish needed more chilli in my opinion I guess its my personal taste.....you can request more calamansi & chillis. I can taste Sukang Pinakurat with a hint of mascuvado sugar sweetness. What a full flavoured "Cerviche"....designed for Chef's competitions.

We also had Ginataang Laing with Pork bits.....so satisfying after a sip of the ✨️Ripe & Green Mango Shake✨️.....its ready for a new flavour each sip....that is "Sinigang na Baboy" that blends with the sweetness-sourness of the shake. It was palate friendly to have a bit of Sinigang Soup on the Rice after each bite of the Kinilaw and other unique dish which is "Tawilis" Crunchy Fried Fish....what a combo....Kinilaw with the strong lime jest, Sinigang Soup on the Rice, Laing's spicy salty-sweetness that kept very quite of satisfaction. It has an after taste of sweet binagoongan.....which is a perfect marriage with "Binagoongang Pork"! Big slices of cooked sliced "Green Chillis" in coconut sauce drove me insanely happy! Alleluia! Such a mixture of my pinoy favourite flavours indeed.

Dont forget the ✨️Beef Caldereta✨️ that has its also its own character that's very pleasing to the palate with Sinigang combo jezt.

The ✨️Fresh Buco Salad✨️ dessert made us all speechless with a smile on our creamy-cheesy lips. 😜 Such a wonderful dinner. I highly recomment it.💕💕💕

The service was excellent, they had the strong attention to details and asked for possible discounts which is only 1 senior. Our bill for 6 pax was only A$78.74 dollars which is very impressive. They even considered my younger sister's status 59 yrs old, [to be 60 in June] to be classified as Senior thus we ended up having 2 ×20% Senior discounts that made us very very happy. Parking is reasonable and children's high chair & wheelchair access is available.

We celebrated the christening of my daughter at the 2nd floor function hall. It was spacious and very cool (airconditioning works so well). The staff were accomodating and attentive to all of our needs and requests. There was an incident of glass fall-breakage due to our guest children playing around the room. I mentioned it to sir Nomer, their supervisor but they let it pass and didn't even let us pay for the damages as it was unintentional. I was impressed by it. Food taste just right. It was served as buffet lunch. Set up (for my motif) was great. Ambiance was superb. The free 3hours use of facilities, sound system and microphone can be adjusted according to your preferred time schedule. I just hope there were more options on their set menus/combination especially on the deserts. Overall, I had a smooth transaction eventhough I never really went to inspect the venue prior to the event. This place is...

Very nice dining experience. I like the place, the staff, and also their food. The new place is very clean, nice, and cozy.

We ordered: Beef Caldereta meal 5 out of 5 Pork binagoongan meal 5 out of 5 A bit on the salty side, though this is expected of bagoong. Chopsuey meal 5 out of 5

Additional: Crispy tawilis 5 out of 5 Way way BETTER than tawilis served at famous bulalo restaurants in tagaytay. Adobong pusit 5 out of 5 Squid is not chewy, seasoning is just right. Fisherman's soup- not available Rice platter

We inted to settle for rice meals however we were tempted to try their seafood offerings because they had so much to offer in their menu, so we ended up ordering another rice platter for everybody. Their rice meal set includes a serving of fruit...
