Wendy’s — Restaurant in Quezon City

We had lunch time at Wendy's Tandang Sora waiting time 15 mins. Since there is no indoor dine in table. We sat outside near the cashier. After we received our ordered, all of a sudden not more than 2 minutes that we had the food, A woman came near back of my friends and grab the hamburger and she put it immediately in her mouth and walk away. THE WORST SLOW FOOD EVER! MALILIPASAN KA NG GUTOM!!!

Was on a late night with another family na may teens at toodler. Ordered 9 whattabox at 10.34 PM and was told that our order will be served. I gave directions to the cashier where we will be sitting. Nakapagkwentuhan na kami ng mahaba wala pa ring food. Pinacheck ko sa husband ko and the guard na nakatayo malapit lang sa amin said ginagawa pa. A few minutes after I checked, nakita ko nagba box. Another 15 minutes wala pa rin. Pumunta na ako sa cashier sa front at nagsabi na nakatulog nalang yung toodler na kasama namin kakahintay, nalipasan na ng gutom at hindi ako aalis sa front hanggat hindi naserve ang order ko. At bibigyan ko sila ng one star. Saka pa lang nila piniprepare ang order ko. Got our order after one hour at 11.30 PM. I talked to the manager Casey or Khassy and advised her to be more efficient in handling orders. Hindi nag aaply sa kanila ang FIFO at hindi rin na explain ilang minutes ka maghihintay sa order mo. Had I known na aabutin ng 1 hour ang order ko bago i serve sana sa Jollibee nalang kami nagpunta or nagpunta sa fine dining. Way par below what you expect from a fast food establishment. Seems like they are more trained to give their best customer service to drive through customers. While I parked my car and ordered directly at the counter. No smile, no hello. Just took my order and they even forgot to give my receipt... I had to ask for it. Also, beggars came because it was an open resto. Felt bad I couldn't give as I was not expecting beggars. Maybe other Wendy's...
