McDonald's Don Antonio — Restaurant in Quezon City

Horrible listening. Had to repeat the order of "smoky melt chicken sandwich" MULTIPLE times. Order for the squishmallow themed float was wrong despite having already clarified the order while paying (We ordered cotton candy, but was given RASPBERRY.) Punctured the WRONG order. We clarified it MULTIPLE times. Another time , we were given SEVEN. SEVEN NUGGETS. INSTEAD OF 10 (in a box of ten.) horrible service, workers who can't and won't listen... You really just had to force the idea; that we are wrong because the receipt says something else. The customer, when it COMES TO THEIR ORDER; is RIGHT. It is NOT our receipt that corrects us.

Issues with the food; Smokey melt barely has any cheese, and is not even smokey. -Barely any fries,. -Melted ice-cream, barely even 30 or 5 minutes out. -Smashed in coke. Horrible. The food is okay, but ALWAYS ALWAYS check your order. There will ALWAYS be something wrong, some ALWAYS...

MacDonald's along Holy Spirit Drive (in Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City) is an aberration of all MacDonald's branches in Metro Manila. Their crew seems like they hate their job. They are not courteous nor are they helpful. The service is so slow and most often than not, they get your order wrong. Their Drive-thru is also slow you'll be wasting a lot of gas for the wait. Their manager/supervisor were of no help at all when we held a birthday celebration there. The air-conditioning was non-existent and they were not doing anything about it. Yesterday, when I took my kids there, there was no air-conditioning in the whole place. The place was so stuffy and filthy. That, in itself, is a sign of a poorly managed restaurant. rated before for slow service dining in. but after a few years i got a craving for mcdonalds and this was the nearest. seems their service is faster for drive thru but only issue is everytime i go drive thru, there is always a vagrant child or adult standing by the cashier and food pickup. i tried complaining to the cashier and staff but they just said they have a security guard which is inside! seems you have to request security in the drive thru.

this is a warning for anyone going for drive thru late at night in this branch. if only i can give zero stars cause security is very important...
