McDonald's Luzon Commonwealth — Restaurant in Quezon City

I ordered the new smoky chicken sandwich with Nori fries because a friend recommended it.

They called my number and said, "we ran out of Nori fries." "Would you like bbq instead?" I said, "Can i cancel the Nori fries instead?" and they replied "no. " I don't like bbq flavour, so i just asked for plain fries instead (i had no choice), and they said, "we'll just add more fries for compensation."

I was excited about that "extra fries compensation" until my order came and opened the bag

I paid extra for Nori fries, and all i get is plain fries with probably 1 extra fries (or fry, no plural)

I am extremely upset, but i chose a reasonable approach by making an honest review with what actually happened and without exaggeration

I only wish that you fix the system in this branch so that events like this wouldn't happen. And maybe an apology, but i reckon you even read reviews

The place is often very busy so I can clearly tell that the employees cannot keep up the cleanliness around. The bathroom doesn't have any hand soaps, and the floor is always quite muddy, not to mention; it stinks! When we went there the place is still under renovation so the place is very cramped and many people are seen to just loiter around the tiny resto. Worst of all, my friend and I ordered two mcnuggets (Happy meal) and they completely forgot to include the Nugget dips, the nuggets were also very stale and not cooked well, same goes for the fries that we ordered with. We did not have time to check our orders before leaving because we were in a rush, nonetheless, they should've checked OUR order before...

I ordered at McDonald's at 1 AM. The person taking my order had a terrible attitude,and didn't finish taking my order before walking away. This isn't the first time this has happened. Is this how managers should behave? She was impolite and couldn't communicate properly. She was also rude when we asked for tissues or water.Antagal pa ng serving time umabot ng 36 minutes yung order ?samantalng 1 pc chicken and burger lng at wala namang katao-tao that time,the chicken was tough when it served and the drinks tasted like water.
