4 Times now we have placed in this Store LARGE ORDERS (over P1,000) for take-out. Only to have to just go sit and wait and watch the Workers place Items that WE ARE WAITING FOR into other Persons Orders (Dine In & Take Out). And when we questioned the Staff we were told that they were "WORKING" on our Order. Last time was Feb 3, 2017 when we had waited for OVER 30 MINUTES for our Order. only to watch Customers come and go with their Food. Finally I went and DEMANDED that they give me our MONEY BACK, after they had FORGOTTEN TO MAKE the 2 SUPER SIZE Fries in our Order, and they wanted us to WAIT EVEN LONGER. I watched them drop 5 Super Size Fries into OTHER ORDERS! We went DOWN the Street 2 blocks to Jollibee and had the same size Order READY in 7 1/2 MINUTES! On 3 PREVIOUS ORDERS/VISITS I had to DEMAND that they get our ORDER, while we watched other Customers ORDERING, RECEIVING and EATING/LEAVING WITH THEIR ORDERS! Read moreI didn’t like the ambiance. There were a lot of flies, many tables were dirty, and the aircon wasn’t working. There were no electric fans either, which made it very uncomfortable, especially during summer.
The food took a long time to arrive. I usually don’t mind waiting if the place is nice, but this time it wasn’t.
The service was just okay. Most staff were busy in the kitchen, and no one was at the counter. I had to wait several minutes just to say I wanted my order to be take-out instead of dine-in because it was too hot and full of flies. Even after I said that, the staff didn’t take note of it—my food was still served for dine-in, and I had to ask again for it to be wrapped for take-out.
When I also asked for a glass of water, the staff didn’t respond and just talked to the next customer. I understand if they’re busy, but it would be better if they at least said “please wait” instead of...

I ordered a mc muffin but decided to cancel the order (I just remembered I had a left over pizza in my bag). The lazy crew girl told me I can't cancel the order because she already punched it on her POS. I asked why she couldn't just cancel it, her reason was "Hindi po pwede" and proceeded to give me my change.
Food: Bland System: I had to wait for more than 10 minutes. When I went to the counter to make a follow up, the service monitor said that my order was for "preparing" so I waited 10 more minutes.
