Shakey's Pizza Parlor - E. Rodriguez — Restaurant in Quezon City

Ate there today...our main server Shiela is excellent all around. Very attentive, courteous and positive demeanor. What was disappointing was the Manager Machi Gonzalez. From across our table we can see the service counter the manager proceeded to take a pizza and placed itin on another table and continued to take several photos of it. Afterwards he placed same pizza back on the service counter...lo and behold the pizza he took minutes to take pictures of was our pizza that we were waiting more than 20 minutes for😡. How ridiculous is that! I asked Shiela why the manager was randomly taking pictures of our ordered pizza as it is getting cold and such unsanitary practice. I asked for the manager and he explained ..." I was updating our pictures for quality control ".🤯 I told the manager that that was really unsanitary and disrespectful of him to take pictures of our food without asking. I don't think that is appropriate at all. I hope the management retrains the manager in appropriate food and beverage handling before " updating their quality control" for clearly they failed in "...

We had no choice because there were not many restaurants left open on New Year's eve.

Salty food as always. Chicken, mojos, and carbonara had salt all over them. Iced tea in their brochure was replaced with Coke. Not sure if they gave me Manager's Choice pizza or they gave me the wrong one because there were scarcely any toppings at all. They forgot to give me my bundled Supercard and I had to return to claim it 5 days after I remembered. Good thing the manager did. To be fair, they were busy as h*ll that time, that's why we were not able to dine in. Only take-outs were entertained.

if you were born in the 70s or early 80s, you're undoubtedly a Shakey's fan like myself. tinapay pizza from pizza hut is good but Shakey's is the BEST!

I'm giving my review of this branch 5 stars bec I was surprised today when they started serving our orders real quick! I ordered the Family Meal Deal #1 and the chicken and Mojos was delivered to our table in 10mins! the pizza came in 10mins after and that's some darn good speedy service.

by the way, they have this ongoing promo for the "ber" months giving you upgrades for your fried chicken and pizza and you get a small tub of mojos to top it off. check out my pics for the...
