Subway ® - EXXA TOWER — Restaurant in Quezon City

Second time here. Good food, rude/bad service. I bought footlong roast beef and wanted to dine in half and take out the other half. The guy simply stated, "Hindi po kasi mahihirapan po kami".

I walked from Tiendesitas to this branch just to get a sandwich after work. This is the closest branch. I just want to rest for awhile, and I think that should be understandable. Every time I eat at Subway, I take my trash to their bins, just like the first time I ordered from this branch. All he needs to do is wrap my sandwich and take my payment. I'll do the cleaning after eating. It's so fast to assume he'll have a hard time taking out my trash after I eat. 🙃

We all have jobs, and no job is easy. I completely understand that. I accepted his answer and moved on. I replied, "Okay." The bad thing is that he added fuel to the fire. He said, "Baka po sa ibang branch puwede pero dito po kasi..." He continued, and I decided to just be silent. So bawal pala talaga, may ganun palang Subway branch. I hope he just ended the conversation.

So yeah, the bad reviews in this branch are true. The guy serving at the counter from 11 p.m. onwards, possibly until the morning, is indeed rude.

I knew his trans crewmate felt I was internally disgusted as she asked me again if I wanted to dine in. I replied, "It's okay, take out ko nalang lahat.".

I finished the first half of my sandwich while writing this review. Again... Good food,...

Service crew is so rude. I’m on the table waiting for the food and one of the crew is asking something that I can barely hear what he’s asking so I come close and service crew stop talking. So I waited him finished his work. Svcrew:“ I said!, if you want vege!!” -with the tone and attitude. Is it hard to ask in a nice way? It’s annoying, If you’re tired on what you are doing, resign!. You are not helping...

Two of the staff preparing the sandwiches were not wearing their face mask. I even asked one of them "where is your face mask?" The staff replied that it's in her pocket. Still did not bother wearing the face mask. All I could say in this time of pandemic -- eeewww!!! To think I've been ordering my sandwiches here most of the times thru Grab food... Were they wearing masks as they prepared my previous...
