Jollibee — Restaurant in Rizal

I dunno if your Security guard does its job but I guess it's unfair na paghintayin kami "kami lng" sa labas without even asking if takeout/dine in kami. Sa iba kasing branch kapag puno na sa loob they're asking muna if take-out/dine-in or kpaga mahaba pila don sa counter pinapapasok nmn nila basta may vacant space pa to sit. I feel bit offended sa ginawa ni kuyang Guard. Kc kami lng yung nasa labas that time If di ko pa sasabihing pwd ako he won't allow us inside and take note hinanapan ako ng I.D in a way na pra pa siyang galit, like what? Dahilan nya mahaba daw ang pila, at ung pinakita ko id ko di dw kami nagsasabi na PWD ako,so?If mahaba pila it means there's still a vacant space to sit so pede pa magpapasok. I dunno if he's losing his common sense. Kairita. But, a few moments, nung nsa countrr na aq I saw him allowing other regular customers inside. Nakakairita lng dahil nagmamadali kami! Nxt time kapag ganitong scenario pa irereklamo ko na S. G nyo! Bahala sya mawalan ng work, it's sound selfish but i dont care kc he dont even care na paghintayin kami sa labas (kami lang ung nandoon) ang init-init pa nmn din.

Jollibee has the best food !! It’s a very busy Branch though! I guess because it was raining at the time. I didn’t really like how the cashier was rushing me after ordering, I was still putting my money in my wallet for safety and she was already pushing the tray towards me as I felt like she wanted me to move already. The wait was a bit longer than expected but the manager took care of my order...

First of all your staff have an attitude at counter she didnt greet to me already then after i place my order’s i ask her if she have a big plastic because she is keeping in a small 1 plastic my orders which is she need to make it full first 👍 when i ask a big plastic she told me WAIT LANG ATE ? is that nice to approach your customers? Better to train properly...
