Kape Artisano — Restaurant in Rizal

First time to visit last sunday, we really enjoyed the place as well as the games that were available at your cafe, however, there's no notice beforehand that the table where we sat was reserved. We planned to hang out on your cafe to spend time since it might take a long time before we hang out with one of my friend apparently it was short lived. We were just asked if may oorderin pa kami cause if wala na may group na nakareserve pa daw and it kind of caught us off guard like we don't have a choice and since we were done ordering ang plan nalang sana namin is to play till we are satified with our time. Then one of my friend who suggested to spend time on you cafe lost her umbrella, her intentions on asking you about it if ever that you might have placed it on a different side or if the owner of the same umbrella is still on the cafe but to her dismay you just brushed her off with not so friendly response and its kind of ruining the vibe that we supposed to set for that night for a farewell hang out. I really love artisano because of its nice staff, but last night our barista (I think her name is pao? not sure) was rude and gives me an attitude while I’m ordering, nung sineserve nya yung food parang labag pa sa loob nya. When we got there the chairs was so messy, hindi nakaayos sa tamang place, ang sakit sa mata. Hindi na sila accommodating like before, pumangit na artisano nung lumaki.
