McDonald's — Restaurant in Rizal

I visited this place at 2am of Sunday. There is only one open counter, which BTW is usual also in other establishment at this time of the day. However, during that time, the customer currently being served at the counter has a lot of orders thus, taking their order processing longer than usual. There are two or three customers behind them including me. It took around 15-20 minutes for them to finish their transaction. I just hoped that they opened another cash register to serve their other customers. One of the queued customer just left because of that waiting time.

The place is a bit messy, or dirty. Chairs being out of place. Their trash bin is placed in their outdoor seating area in front of the store which is an eyesore especially since it is in front of the store. They should have placed it at the back and away from the tables due to the odors emitted.

I saw their manager putting back into the Sundae machine some liquid from a paper cup. I think it's the dripping Sundae from the nozzle.. I think that practice is not hygeanic at all.

One of the worst McDonalds branches. Super understaffed. The service, drive thru or not will take more than 20 minutes to be given.

Their kiosk ordering system is not working in terms of ewallet payments and no staff even put a sign to just select “pay at the counter” option. So the customer has to repeat all the orders they have done.

Good thing they overhauled how this place looks like, because before ang pangit kiya. At least may refreshed looks sila now. Pero my god andaming left out food containers sa tables. Ang tagal bago malinis, tho dapat kasi yung mga itapon din kinain nila. Tables are not properly wiped, may mga creamer sa upuan.

Tapos what i ordered iba pa yung binigay. I mean how can they mistake an order? And nobody knows why mali yung order, when they checked the receipt mali nga.

Overall if you can avoid this branch, by all means do. This place is not worth your time or your money. The manager of this beanch should be replaced kasi di niya dinedevelop yung tao niya, they need training and probably a bit more people too to help out if hirap na...

Drive thru experience yesterday, picked up my order (2pc hotcake with coffee) from the window and head straight to work. I opened the plastic bag to get the sugar and creamer, and to my surprise, I saw a different order. I tried calling the number on the receipt but no one picked up the call. So I tried thru email. Ms. Kath responded but I heard nothing from her or the branch manager itself again. I ordered around 9:30am and did not touched the food until around 6pm, even I was starving and craving for pancake. I was hoping that they will contact me, so I can get what I ordered. So yeah, I never heard anything from Ms.Kath or any superior...
