We ordered 1 appetizer and 2 main courses. The calamares was perfect. Mas marami ung servings compared sa iba. The sauce? Perfect! Remained crispy kahit di na mainit. The pork collar was perfectly seared kahit 1 inch ang kapal. Very juicy and tender. We ordered it with shiitake mushroom sauce. It accentuates the taste of the meat. I love it very much! The smoked duck breast with apple sauce is so delish. It melts in your mouth. It's perfect with rice, mapaparami kayo ng kain for sure. I also ordered mashed potato, super sarap! Lahat masasarap. We came here because of the positive reviews. But we left early after sampling their chicken satay. Firstly it says 10 sticks on their menu but only 6 were served; not a problem for us because we left a few sticks untouched. Chicken satay is usually yellow due to the turmeric but ours was reddish and the sauce tasted more of Oyster sauce than peanut butter. They also insist they use butter and not margarine. I asked the waitress to double check because I was interested in ordering the mussels and fries. She said they use butter and even offered to show it. I agreed and she brought out some product that said butter something but also had premium margarine right...
