The beachbarandhouse — Restaurant in Roxas

Read the reviews and proceeded to visit. Lackluster at best. My waiter literally asked me 3x for my order for which I begrudgingly replied, "This is the 3rd time you're asking me for my order." And they weren't even full; not remotely close to having customers.

The pizza is an abomination and we took it out after a few bites and subsequently gave it away to the wait staff of a better restaurant just down the street. No marinana sauce to think of and raw in the middle. Check the pics. Horrible. I feel bad for the owners because they're clearly being taken advantage of by the local and inconsiderate, or deaf, dumb, and blind, staff. How is this...

Although the staff are friendly and willing to serve and assist you anytime, we would rate this place a 3/5 for the ff. reasons:

Restaurant is not recommendable for family dining (2/5) – slow service, mid-tasting food, and limited breakfast menu. Good ambience, but not "rest-friendly" at night (4/5) – bar plays bass-heavy music & some animals like dogs and insects are loud — both at night. The service is just wonderful they do their best to make you happy. I asked upgrade and paid the difference. This is not a star standard hotel but okay anyhow for a pass overnight stay. The private beach doesn't look inviting if you consider the dirt and litters all around. All in all it's gonna be okay for those looking for low budget stay.
