Service is great! The staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are also very efficient when processing transactions. Coffee that I ordered tastes very good and the donuts taste fresh. Good area if you’re waiting for someone, want to relax or having a quick meetup/meeting with friends.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, the lady who is assisting customers in choosing flavors of donuts is not nice, nagdadabog and rude talaga magsalita (I don't know if may problema lang siya? or what, I wasn't able to get her name kasi nakakainis siya tignan sa sobrang kabusitan nya sa buhay) Very dissapointing, also please see your customers needs ang dami naming binili drinks for take out hindi manlang kayo nagbigay ng carrier or plastic manlang seeing na may dala pa kaming baby. Madumi din ang dining area sa loob. I don't know if I can recommend my friends here sa branch na to, I'm afraid that they might experience same as ours when they visit this branch. We are at first excited and happy prior we encounter your staffs. We left your branch dissapointed and unhappy. Will not buy again to this Dunkin Branch in Sindalan...

Currently my go-to for meeting friends. Sometimes i also go there to work. 💯 2nd floor tho, not usually clean. And sometimes has big insects flying around. :( itd be better if there was a staff assigned to keep 2nd floor clean...
