Two thumbs down!

My friend and I had our dinner at cafe noelle san fernando last June 24 . We weren't approached on our table immediately so we have to wait for the menu. After we ordered our food (steak for me & pasta for my friend), this waitress repeated our orders and so I knew she got the orders right except for the fact that she did not ask me how i want my steak done. It didn't matter to me and so we just waited. After a while, she served the drinks and the pasta of my friend. I waited for another 30-40 mins for my steak when I noticed it's taking too long. I decided to make a follow-up on my order. I tried to ask this impolite waitress but just snobbed me pretending she did not see me. When I called for her attention, she cam3 to me and told me she wasn't able to include the steak in our order. Just like that.. l waited for nothing! It was almost 10 in the evening way past dinner time but still i ordered the steak because the supervisor insisted and told me he'll ask the chef to rush my order. After giving the food to me, I could hear the waitress and other staff from the kitchen laughing loudly. I just hope they did not do anything gross to the food that they gave me.

The resto has class but has some inattentive and unmannered employee/s. It was my first time to dine in there and it will definitely be my last! This is my worst experience dining in a so called "fine dining" restaurant. Saying sorry for wasting my time won't make them less of a person. But I wasn't given the apology I deserved. If you're tired of your job, you better quit. Sometimes it will not always be about the good food but good staff and experience that makes a resto's success. Great food and service, always! I love their signature salad with candied walnuts. For mains, you can never go wrong with cordon bleu, grilled pork chops, and my son's all-time favorite - Salisbury steak! Pasta dishes are also a must-try! Classic carbonara is our favorite. They also serve great tasting cakes and pastries - try their DAYAP CAKE! They also serve variety of coffee options to pair with their cake but nothing spectacular, something they can still improve on. The ambiance is homey and all-time Christmas-y! One time, my 3-year-old son fell sleepy, and they even lent us a pillow for him to lay down on their couch while my wife and I dined on our food.
