Their service is beyond disappointment. Refills for both side dishes and meat are taking too long. You'd wonder, does everyone who work here were given the right customer service and order taking trainings? Or do they even know the concept of first in first out on orders? If the side dishes were readily available in the kitchen and the place is not that busy, is it normal to have to buzz for 4-5 times before they will serve you literally wait 10-15 mins before they will adhere to your call? Yes, they are good at welcoming new incoming customers yet totally suck at serving the seated ones. Nganga kana after 1st service. Parang nananadya na iignore ka para dikana umorder.

"Premium Meat" is nothing but a marketing slant. Nothing is special about it, worse is the meat is sliced very thinly. Que horror experience was what we had. Our hunger ended up with frustration and irritation.

Poor service coupled with bad food equals a nightmare...

Very poor service. We lasted for an hour not because we ate alot but because it would take you literally up to 4 follow ups before refills would be served, to think those are already pre-prepared in their kitchen. This tells you there is a poor coordination between inflow and outflow of orders. Do not go here if you are already hungry. The money you will pay is not worth the experience. Aside from poor service, the cut of the meat is too thin, almost as thin as a paper sheet. Among all of the side dishes, the only good one is the sweetened dilis. the rest is either too salty or too sour, which makes you wonder, do they even taste the food before they served 'em???

By the way, it is our second time eating at this resto. The first time, it was as bad as the second. Umulit kami kasi i thought baka mali lang timing namin noong una. Pero the same parin so no more 3rd time. I hope the management will retrain their waiters and kitchen supervisor how to properly handle orders .. 15 mins waiting time FOR REFILLS IS...

Chef Baboy offers a great Korean BBQ experience that we thoroughly enjoyed!

Ambiance & Cleanliness: The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating, and we were impressed by how clean everything was. Unlike most K-BBQ places with oily tables and floors, Chef Baboy maintains a spotless environment, which made dining more pleasant.

Service: The service was top-notch. The staff was attentive, quick, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

Food: The sauces and cheese dip were fantastic, and the side dishes were equally incredible—definitely a highlight of the meal. However, the meat slices were quite thin, and each tray only had 4-5 pieces, which meant we had to order frequently to keep up. A little more generous servings would have been appreciated.
