If you came for the ambience then it's a nice place. It has few tables and chairs for a very big place. You can be sure of privacy. It is truly beach front and you can pick up shells while waiting for your food. The shore is made up of broken corals and shells and not fine sand. The staff are polite and friendly. We were a bit bothered by the loud music playing as we cannot appreciate the sound of the waves because the music was too loud. It is far from the highway and other establishments so you must be sure you want to go there.
But if you came for the food then it's not as great as the other reviews said. The pepperoni pizza tasted like frozen generic pizza from the grocery store. The chicken wings was kind of dry and we were sad that the caliente wings was just fried chicken with bbq sauce drizzle instead of coated with sauce. The deep fried pompano was small and was nothing special for P400+. The carbonara was ok but had too much basil for a carbonara or alfredo. The price does not equate to the quality of the food.
We did not try the coffee or drinks. maybe if you are looking for a secluded area where you can talk privately and just relax and have a few drinks or coffee then this is the place for you but if you are a family of hungry people then maybe you should eat...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNakaka KALMA ang location at staff. Medyo nakaka HIGHBLOOD ang food (figuratively). Overpriced and underwhelming food.
For example, (1) sinigang na hipon worth 350 was 80% sabaw with 5 pieces shrimp, 4 pieces string beans, 4 pieces talong; (2) Tahong wasn't fresh; (3) Shrimps weren't deveined; (4) it said served with salted egg and butter sauce but it was more like garlic oil; (5) "blanched veggies" should be changed to "blanched talong"; (6) salmon belly was nothing special; (7) rice is expensive but i could still bite grains (undercooked); and (8) All Cheese pizza was flavorless parang pandesal na may mozzarella cheese lang. We only liked the tuna replacement to pampano as it was tasty.
Neighboring table got very disappointed too because it was their first time ordering boodle without any rice served.
For the cafe, coffee is 140 but it's just a sweet, flavored concoction. Either the coffee is week or the flavored sauce is too much.
Honestly, please improve on your food. Everything else is good except the menu. Your FB ads need to live up to the expectations...
