it was lunch time, we were very hungry and we are a big group. what i hated was that when we ordered, their manager approached us and inform us to change our order because it may be served late. we ordered bunch of lunch, she suggested we order group meal. thinking that she has a point, worst part is that our meal was still served late, almost an hour, and was given by one by one. first came the plates, the glass. we asked for water to atleast quench our thirst but also came later. the first meal served was the salad, but there were no spoon or fork so we weren't able to eat. then the chicken and mojos served very hot so we weren't able to touch. then the pizza, still no water served. finally arrived the spoon and fork. we still had to demand for ice and water for the second time. so even if the order was not complete, we started eating. then still no drinks served. they served the pasta, then served coke, not even chilled, so we asked for another bucket of ice which arrive again after some time. and after eating, since we are almost there for more than 2 hours, the waiter said if we wanted the ice tea to go. meaning we are done eating and still not fully served. i really hope this was due to the pandemic or else, this is the worst Shakey's branch we...

Food taste is good remains the same quality as all other Shakey's, except for our mozarella cheestick which is not gummy this time.

Service is a bit off... length of time it took to get our order to us is 45 mins with their commitment time of 15 to 25 minutes, and their store is not even full during the time we ordered.

I can say they prioritize dining in people over those people (us) who ordered take-out because of the folllowing reasons: We are sitting in a nice cold table while waiting for our take-out. They asked us to move to a table with very hot temperature. The order of the dining in people was served faster than ours even if we ordered first (both our orders are same chicken n mojos. Our pizza and chicken stayed for several of minutes in their kitchen counter for outpending orders before they serve it to us.
