We arrived at the resto for lunch as our friend said they have good food to serve. Yes, they will give you great food to taste. We have nothing to say about that because it was really good! BUT THEY HAVE THE MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE,, one lady take our orders and verify afterwards. They serve one-by-one and we started to eat. 20mins after one of our friend didn't receive his plate of Pchop Rice Toppings. We're all half way of our plates the next time we follow-up the pending order. Another lady told us that we need to wait for 5mins (we're just thinking that it just forgotten order). And still we wait, another 15mins and still there's no food for my friend. We decided to cancel the order since we're done with our food. We ask the presence of the Mgr and an OIC came. We raise our concern and the OIC tracks the problem. The OIC checked the order slip and saying that we don't have order such thing as pchop rice topping (but it was verified upon ordering) yet there's a wrong input of PRice only (stands for Plain Rice) made by the lady who took the orders. The 2nd lady we ask for follow-up didn't ask the cashier counter about our order and make the order take so long. And the OIC didn't say something about our concern as if there is no complaint against their service. You'll love the food but you will lose you appetite with this kind of...

Big servings! We haven't eaten here in a while since the pandemic started. The interior was new to me. Cozy lighting. Good ventilation. Reasonable prices. Late closing. The food is East Asian inspired. We had dinner here at 8pm and was surprised at how busy the place was.

We ordered fish fillet w tausi rice, chicken curry rice, taipan special rice, porkchop rice, and chopseuy rice. Umami realness. Serving time took 5-10mins. It's perfect for families and big groups looking for a good restaurant in the middle of the city.
