Me and my boyfriend had lunch here
📍 Location
The restaurant is conveniently located right in front of Lingsat National High School, making it easily accessible for students and locals.
💁♂️ Service
Upon arrival, there was no staff at the cashier’s table, so we picked up our own menus. Shortly after, a lady came out carrying trays of chicken and kindly told us, “Wait lang sir, bigay ko nalang po yung menu.” We later realized she was the only person working—handling cooking, serving, and cashier duties all at once.
While she was polite and hardworking, it’s clearly overwhelming for one person to manage everything. This setup can be inconvenient for customers, especially during busy hours. Additionally, we were not informed about a dining time limit. Just before leaving, we decided to order one last tray of chicken, which took around 15–20 minutes to serve as it was freshly cooked. If there had been a separate kitchen staff cooking in the back, service would have been significantly more efficient.
🪑 Environment
The restaurant is air-conditioned with a moderate sound level from speakers—ideal for a casual wings spot. However, the restroom could use serious improvement. The lighting was very dim, and the overall condition gave off an eerie, unkempt vibe. A brighter bulb and a few upgrades would go a long way.
🍗 Food
Given the positive reviews and pricing, I had high expectations—but sadly, the food fell short. One fellow customer commented that the sauce tasted like “ketchup with barbecue powder.” While the chicken itself was cooked well, the sauces lacked flavor, depth, and consistency. Some were bland, and others tasted like something you could easily recreate at home. The red iced tea was served cold but lacked sweetness and balance.
📋 Overall Impression
Unfortunately, my expectations weren’t met. However, I believe this place has potential, especially considering its prime location near schools like SLC and Lingsat High. I would still recommend it to students looking for a quick bite, but improvements are definitely needed—both in service and food quality.
✅ Suggestions for Improvement • Hire more staff: 1 cashier, 1 server, and 2 cooks (e.g., one who fries, one who plates). • Improve the restroom: brighter lighting, larger mirror, and ensure there’s toilet paper. • Enhance food quality: develop a more distinct and flavorful sauce recipe. • Streamline operations: better kitchen workflow and service efficiency. • Adjust pricing: consider offering a more student-friendly...
Read moreI am finally writing a review for this wonderful restaurant! As a student from Saint Louis College, it is my go-to place for having lunch or meryenda. I super love their student meals and I love how not only it is affordable but the portion is generous as well, perfect for dine in or take out! I've also tried their famous unlimited wings, as well as their sizzling rice meals, and super sulit talaga! You get the equal deliciousness of the food's price talaga. Not just the food but the drinks are also good! Hot or cold, they have it! Special mention for the wonderful staff as well, especially the ate that we always see there who have already memorized our faces and regular orders! XD The ates there are super nice and accommodating and the cook is good as well! I super recommend this restaurant to everyone! If you are going to San Juan, you can definitely stop by there. Don't miss this Lingsat Gem! Visit them or order now to see for yourself (and you won't regret it!). It's just too bad that the place is too small for many customers. I hope that someday, the place will become bigger pero doon parin sana sa place na yun. Kahit graduating na ako, I would still definitely come to this restaurant in...
Read moreI would rate this restaurant a 0 overall based on my experience. The wait time to be served was 15 minutes, which is unacceptable, especially considering there were only two tables being served. This needs serious improvement.
The serving proportions were disappointing—just two pieces per person, and we had to wait 15 minutes for that. And don’t even get me started on the wings. The restaurant is called Wing’s Brothers, but they only served drummettes. The staff didn’t even inform us beforehand that there were no actual wings available, which was extremely frustrating.
To make matters worse, the staff was rude. When we followed up on our order because it was taking too long, the response we got was a condescending “Fresh kasi namin ginagawa.” Seriously? That tone was uncalled for.
The food itself was far from appetizing. The soup was incredibly salty, and the dip we ordered, supposedly “spicy ranch,” was nothing more than mayo mixed with hot sauce. It felt like zero effort was put into the meal.
I’ve included pictures for reference, but honestly, the entire experience—from the service to the food—was deeply...
