Roadside Dampa Restaurants - Main — Restaurant in San Jose del Monte

Roadside Dampa is just near our place. My husband and i both loved going to this place since it is just near where we reside. Since it has the word 'Dampa' in its name,it kind of suggests homestyle cooking of foods that we usually have as viand when one is living in a nipa hut in a barrio in a province. And since this place is in the province of Bulacan then,the name suits the resto very well. This resto offers several variety of seafoods cooked traditionally,good for big or small group of friends or family or even for just two people just wanting to have a nice time together. It also offers plated meals. They also offer beer and the usual beverages. They have a videoke room and on weekends,they have a band that plays. Prices are affordable and reasonable. Foods served are also delicious. Since they have boodlefight here,you can choose to eat your food using the usual dinnerware set or u can have it using your bare hands. Overall the food was indeed great and delicious, I like the sauce thingy on the seafood combo. It was to flavorful, for the food it's great. But it's kinda not budget friendly for me. Because the drinks was not to affordable and even the menu but I didn't mean to say it was darn expensive, yes for me it was a little bit of it. Hey it's fine dining the place was good, the service was great. While on the location itself it was kinda off the center of Tunggko, also I saw that the place was not that huge it was just a room so as an advice talk to them first before eating. This is my 2nd time after 5 years and my expectation was not met and I got a little bit disappointed. We had buffet but the food was very dry (pancit, buttered chicken, mixed seafoods), the vinegar dip for the fried crabs tasted like it was mixed with water, and the mussels were already rubber like. The sour soup is like only sinigang mix boiled in water. I also have to ask one of the waiters to replace the watermelon because it looks like it's been exposed for ages.
