Acuatico Beach Resort and Hotel Incorporated — Restaurant in San Juan

One day is not enough.

Stayed here last June 2025 at their new La Prima. All aspects of this resort is TOP NOTCH. All staff gave us a five star experience.

Beginning from the welcome and check in process, all staff are very warm and nice. The gestures, welcome drinks and necklace token gave a feeling that we are very special.

Now the rooms. We booked the Suite. Everything was amazing beginning from the doorstep. Its very spacious. Just be prepared for some leg work due to the stairs but it’s negligible, the staff assisted us with our luggage. You’ll have everything you need in the rooms, nespresso machine especially :) the suite also has its own jacuzzi in a balcony with an amazing view of the sea.

The pool areas are one of a kind. The infinity pools are just wonderful, and perfect for kids too since they have dedicated pool for the young ones. And yes theyve got lifeguards :)

The access to the beach is exclusive, there are guards who’ll ensure you’ll enjoy a safe experience and will not worry if you leave your stuff by the benches. Waters are clear, the sand is coarse (of course its not Boracay) but already good for a Batangas beach. They also have loads of water activities.

Now the food.

Booking the Suite gave us free dinner and breakfast. OCEANO is a must try! How I wish they have nearer branches in Manila. It’s the first time that I ate in a buffet where ALL DISHES are just delectable!!!! Even the desserts!!! Must try roast beef kapeng barako, crispy bicol express and kare kare. We tried their al la carte orders for lunch and their food is SUPERB!! Melts in your mouth goodness.Their servings are also humongous. I really LOVE this restaurant. Please have a branch in Manila. ❤️

Overall, the experience is WONDERFUL. Acuatico is worth the long drive. Really value for money. Perfect for families with young kids. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Acuatico is a true gem of San Juan,...

An Exclusive Resort in San Juan Batangas

The resort seemed to be highly in demand especially during the weekend. We booked months ago thru their official website so I am not sure if walk in is acceptable when most of the weekends were easily fully booked.

We managed to reach the resort earlier than check in. The staff were able to assist us for our documents but we still needed to wait until the rooms were vacant. They gave us a tour around the area and refreshing welcome drinks while waiting. We also opted to go to their restaurant for late lunch. They offered unli buffet but we chose ala carte from their menu since most of the food were already empty. The staff were seem to be limited by that time since no one assisted us when we accidentally spilled some water or when we needed extra spoon. There was also only one staff accepting our payment and answering the phone. Good thing, their kitchen staff did a good job since the food were absolutely delicious.

Just after lunch, our rooms were available so we brought our own stuff from the parking to our room. One room was well cleaned while sadly, the other room still had some trash in their bin. On a positive note, the rooms had complete toiletries.

The beach and the pool were well maintained. The bar near the pool was also in a good spot for guest to have fun while swimming. There was also a guard near the beach to make sure only Acuatico's guest could enjoy the exclusivity of the place. The dinner and the unli breakfast were good experience too.

We enjoyed our vacation since we are with our loved ones. But we also expected so much...

Celebrated my 51st birthday at Acuatico Beach Resort. This visit was 5 yrs in the making. Already had reservations back in 2020 but the lockdown happened due to covid. Acuatico called me up and explained that they will temporarily close due to the lockdown. They reversed the charges on my card so it was all good.

Fast forward to this week, and was able to finally visit and take a long overdue break.

The place was beautiful. Very Instagrammable. The food was okay. But the highlight of this visit is the service! All staff are well trained and very accommodating. We were especially taken care of by Queency the front desk staff. We were only supposed to stay overnight, but because the place was serene and beautiful, we decided to extend it by 1 more night! Fortunately there was an open spot so Queency arranged everything for us! What a wonderful girl and very on point in always highlighting Acuatico. She even got us upgraded back to our suite (our extended night was a normal suite) which was duly approved by the duty manager! Thank you! Didn't quite catch the name of the duty manager but thank you nonetheless. I highly recommend this place just for the service alone.
