few weeks ago I went and ordered (aloha burger) at the drive thru. the crew said it was not available. but I went in and tried to order . it said there was, but 10 mins to be wait. and It's ok. but why do the crew at the POS have a different answer, to the dine in and the crew from drive thru?. I don't know if the DT doesn't want to sell. and again tonight, I ordered the same order but it is no longer available. the time was 0834pm. I asked the crew(DT section) what time it closed and she said 10pm. on google map it says that the store was closed at 0945pm(15mins to be 10pm). as a customer, i just have a little bit of concern for the management, I hope the team can be briefed about the par leveling of stocks spcly the manager because sales are still a sales and not to be waste and also to avoid any complain. if pre-closing is 9pm(standard should be 1hr before closing time).it doesn't mean they won't sell anymore. pre closing is done to facilitate the closing of the store and to minimize the cleaning and other work before totally close the store. not to stop selling products.
