I order a champ bacon mushroom meal the most pricey in the list . I have told to wait for 5 minutes whic was no problem to me then after 5 minutes to wait for another 15 minutes which I said this is very unprofessional I had to let 2 puppies in my car running with aircon I could stay that long alone then they told me 12 minutes to wait more .I decided to ask for a refund that was given to me few minutes later and I left During my time of waiting there in Jollibee 2 young males taking order for driving in were quite very impolite and were joking in my situation . I am a retiree expat working 20 years in Kuwait in 5 Star Hotel I have never experienced such treatment in Jollibee Kuwait and others Jollibee in the Philippines since 30 years . The lady Manager was nice and apologetic of the situation but discipline should be implemented at San Juan Jollibee .
