NEGATIVE 1, I had one of the worst experiences at a Jollibee PACITA branch during the night shift, which clearly reflected the effects of poor management and unprofessional staff. I waited over an hour just to receive my order, and what made the situation even more frustrating was that the staff continued accepting new orders despite already being overwhelmed and behind. The number of waiting customers kept growing, yet there was no urgency from the crew they moved slowly, talked among themselves, and showed little concern for the long line of unhappy customers. The environment was disorganized, and there was clearly no system in place to manage the backlog. To make matters worse, THE MANAGER ON DUTYYY was completely unhelpful. When customers tried to ask for updates or complain, the manager avoided eye contact, gave no proper explanation, and simply passed the responsibility onto the staff. There was no sense of leadership or accountability, and the STAFF followed suit with their unprofessional behavior ignoring complaints, giving cold responses, and acting like the delays were normal. Read more12/24/2022: Whoever is the store manager on this date lacks customer service. Story time: I was planning to buy a 8 - pc. Chickenjoy Bucket w/ Jolly Spaghetti Family Pan on December 25, 2022 @ 7pm. However after several failed attempts of ordering, one order pushed through. My fault that I forgotten to set it on a later date. BUT... I did immediately message the store to cancel my order on their side. It's not only one message, but literally spamming while seeing that they're still processing my order. I tried to call the phone number displayed on the page, but no one is answering my call. After 20 gruesome minutes of waiting and my anxiety building up, someone called on their end and said they cannot cancel my order due it was done via online payment. I told them if they had seen my messages, the person that answered said they did, so when I asked why didn't they called me to confirm, she hunged up and does not answer my upcoming calls.
