We got the Chef's choice salad family size for free because we availed the Shakey's Supercard which is worth 499php valid for 1 year, the server told us we can get a lot of perks out of it so I signed up. So they had re-process our pizza when we all know that their over is automatic and there is least chance a pizza will be over cooked. We requested for the manager, and the worst part of their service is that it took us about 10mins before the manager approach us with a very rough tone and said to us "Sir/mam may complaint daw po kayo?" For a manage not to know what our complain and a rough tine?! If its true that you over cooked our pizza you should have the initiative to inform your customer of the situation and that the order will delayed. Thankfully, our home is near the church, allowing us to retrieve the order. When my brother inquired about the delay, the delivery rider confirmed that it would be free.
