Shakey's Pizza Parlor — Restaurant in San Pedro

We went there for a birthday dinner get together. We were all boys group. We got ourselves a sit and ordered. It wasn't full so we thought to ourselves that we will be served fast because we were all hungry. By the way it was almost 8pm. So we're really hungry. When they served the chicken with the mojos, it's only the mojos that are hot served the fried chicken was a little bit hot but almost cold. But it was OK. To be fair their pasta and pizza were served hot. When we asked for another order of chicken with mojos, we asked if they could serve it hot, and we gave our thoughts and comments on the almost cold chicken the facial gesture or expression of the crew got a bit sour. But its OK. Then one from our group asked for water. The water came like 10 mins. And the second order of the chicken came really late. We assumed that it got late because we saw at least 3 delivery bags on the being prepared. So one from our group asked and followed up our order from another crew. Again our irritated group gave another comment on about it like so "we are not asking for a special treatment but you should be serving us also while you are preparing for your deliveries, not just them" then we got another bad gesture from a different crew. So we got the attention of the manager and told him to check or correct the attitudes of his crew because they were giving us gestures and faces that were not called for by a service crew like them. Lastly when we followed up on the water they totally ignored us. I myself was not able to drink., then we left. We understand that some of them might be tired of work but the thing is it's their work and there weren't many people that night... Their service was bad, the chicken was a bit cold, we had to wait for more than 10 min only for water which can be served within a minute. The attitude of at least 3 service crews are really really bad, give the nature of their business. We will not return there...

We visited this store today at 6pm. The store staff (I think he is the manager) who assisted us was not friendly and unapproachable. We ordered Lucky 888 meal, claim my free pizza for my birthday, and we asked if we can choose a part of chicken or gave us at least 1 leg part coz we know that it has to be assorted part but this person hardly say "No" and said that there should be 2 chicken leg part for that meal bundle. I'm a bit expecting that he will show some kindness knowing that we're celebrating a special day, but I was so disappointed on how he acted. We love Shakeys and whenever we dine in other branches nearest to our area we are given this kind of courtesy to choose a chicken part. I don't know if that person was not in the mood but he should remember that he is working in a food industry where good customer...

Place is clean just a stone throw away from SLEX San Pedro Exit. Lots of parking space. Staff seems a bit to small as they have difficulty attending to customer's request or orders. Food are the usual Shakey's products. Big plus are the two cable tv that provides moment of entertainment while waiting for orders to be served.
