Dear Joe Coffee & Juice — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

This is our 4th time here. It is going g downhill since our 1st visit 3 years ago. First of all. They will never get another peso from me. WHY, you might ask? Well, they have no business charging more pesos per coffee than Starbucks. The coffee there is NOT SPECIAL. And the lack of customers proves it. Empty on a Saturday morning at about 9 am. I'm literally sick of restaurants and so-called coffee houses thinking that just because Starbucks can charge what they do, then they can charge the same or more! The coffee is not as good. I'll never go there again. And the food? The menu has not changed in 3 years. So the food is good but the food menu is never changing. The atmosphere is boring because no one is there. Has no vibe. The place, in my opinion, is getting run down fast, probably because of no customers. So, there is no money to maintain its appearance. Well, count me out! What a waste of $1025 php. The service gets one star. What service? I have to retrieve my own food from the counter, and water is never offered, and no one cares about the customer experience or food quality. Visited when I needed a place to work due to internet outage at home. Mind you, you can only use the internet once you purchased a drink or food and one device per order. You kinda get the login on the receipt.

It's definitely a good place to work except when large noisy group comes in. Unfortunately that was my experience but other than that the place should be peaceful.

Ambience is insta-worthy indeed. Lots of greens so it's very pleasing on the eyes.

Food is mediocre. Nothing too special. The coffee, I'd say, is a bit pricey compared to competition. For me, if you're looking for amazing food, this ain't it. But if you're looking to chill out, hang with your friends or just alone time, this is your place.

Ruined my morning. Please educate your staff about updated payment methods. I want to use QR PH to avoid card related transactions for security purposes. The staff kept insisting they dont have it. Just gcash and Maya. I told her any QR code would do and I’ll be the one to adjust.

She said they don’t accept payments apart from cash and card. But she already has the device with the QR code in her hand. I told her to show me the code so I can check what I can use. It was clear enough that there is a code I can scan.

To cut the frustrating conversation, I paid using my card.
