We had our lunch here and experienced payment issues because of their mistake due to poor management! Before ordering, we asked the branch manager first to check if they accept E-Gift vouchers. Once confirmed, we proceed to order and while doing so the staff informed us about the promo/discount if we'll use a credit card as our payment. When we asked for the bill we decided to use CC instead since it will have the least bill amount. We stayed for a bit and that's when we noticed that the egifts were redeemed without our knowledge. Not only one, but 7 vouchers! The branch manager explained that the way for them to confirm egifts is to VALIDATE/REDEEM. Take note, they DIDN'T INFORM us about this process PRIOR checking AND didn't even ask how many vouchers we will be using. It was like they assumed many things including the AMOUNT since this was done before we ordered. And their compensation? It was close to NONE. It was a win-win for them either way. We lost our egifts, discount (since the cc payment has been cancelled), and all they talked about were how they learned lessons from this mistake blah blah. I never had a problem with other shops regarding checking egifts. Others will just have a call to validate and if they need to redeem it to do so they WILL INFORM the customers beforehand as these vouchers can't be reversed nor cancelled once used. Upon arrival, Chan warmly greeted me and promptly seated me at a table of my choice. He was knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations for both food and wine, taking the time to answer all of my questions and ensure I had a fantastic dining experience.

Throughout the meal, Chan was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring my water glass was always full and checking in to ensure my meal was up to my expectations. He made excellent recommendations for dessert and coffee, and even offered some suggestions for things to do in the area after I finished dining.
