We frequently dine at Kenji Tei in Solenad whenever we’re in the area and craving Japanese food that’s quick and satisfying. This place is our go-to for a no-fuss meal — the food always arrives fast, so it’s perfect when we’re in a hurry.

I especially enjoy their Maki and tofu options — both are consistently good and perfect for my preferences. As for the ramen, I have to be honest — it can be a hit or miss. Some flavors tend to be a bit salty, and others could be more flavorful or rich. But even with that, I still find myself coming back.

We frequent this place, but in our last visit, they rejected us because they said that their last call was 7:20. We we’re there before 7:20, but was not entertained right away and when it was our turn, it was 7:23pm. We pleaded that they reconsider since it’s only a matter of 3mins, but they insisted it’s past their cut off. This was the 3rd time that it happened. The last time was only for take out.
