We were looking for a restaurant for a family dinner of 15pax. Manam was recommended. The restaurant offers authentic filipino cuisines with a twist. We availed for their service on a weekday so we expected lesser people. We had to wait for almost 30 minutes to have our long table coz apparently, there is only one space for long table. Most of the tables can accommodate 2-6pax only. But the good thing is, they would allow us to check on the menu and they accepted our order even before having seated. When we finally got our table, the food was ready to be served. The menu has options for small, medium and large sizes. They said large is good for 4-5 pax but quite honestly for a single serving of large dish is not enough for 4-5. You have to order other dishes to go along so it would feed 4-5. We ordered 2 sets each of large sizes of sinigang beef short ribs with watermelon, crispy sisig, baby squid, crispy palabok, gisig gising, caramelized patis chicken wings and one order of crispy pata. Rice is ordered separately. Each pax also ordered their own shakes for the beverage - mango sago pomelo shake, ube sago, buko piña shake, buko pandan, beer for the boys. They provide service-water. For dessert, we ordered 5 bibingka de leche. The food taste satisfied our palate, however, we found the price a bit high for Filipino cuisine. Do not be fooled with the crispy palabok. When served, it looked so large, but when they mix the sauce, the crispy noodles would wither and would shrink dramatically which can feed only 2 pax for the large serving. The staff are accommodating and they respond to our concerns immediately. Worth to mention, that inside the restaurant, there is a toilet but shared for gents and ladies. The...

Manam, a Filipino restaurant that's been haunting my dreams ✨️🤤

First time I ate at Manam was 3 years ago and it made an impact on me! The flavor profile on their classic yet modern take on Filipino cuisine is astounding, bold and robust.

The drive to Solenad just to dine at Manam is so worth it. We arrived at past 12noon and we were 7th in line. We pre-ordered our food, which was very efficient of them. We were seated at our table in less than 15 mins. The place was jam packed, but the ambiance is still classy and decent. Gentle music playing in the background. The staff were warm and attentive.

10 mins after being seated, our food arrived. They smelled amazing and here's what we ordered:

*House sisig medium - Star of the show!!! Crunchy and flavorful. Insanely good. I would honestly be happy if i eat just the sisig and rice.

*Baby squid in olive oil - my husband loved this. Squid was super tender. For me it was just okay but the husband felt that it was real homecooking quality which felt comforting to him.

*Caramelized patis wings - crunchy, and bursting with umami. The kids loved this!! So did I for that matter.

*Beef Salpicao - must order!!! Tender beef pieces in brown gravy with tons of garlic. So moist and succulent beef. Beyond amazed.

*Mango and pomelo shake - so refreshing and creamy!! Another winner.

*Large rice - they said it's good for 4-5 but they lied. It's just good for 3 adults. Like 1 cup each.

Everything we ordered was incredible. The only negative thing is, their serving is really small. But a small price to pay because their food is ambrosia to so many Filipinos! 🤤 We...

A 5-star experience at Manam Nuvali—both for the food and the service!

We came for the food (and wow, did it deliver!) but we left even more impressed by the kindness of their staff. Every dish we ordered was a winner: ✔️ Crispy Pancit Palabok – fun to look at, even better to eat! ✔️ Beef Salpicao – tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. ✔️ Sinigang na Beef Short Rib with Watermelon – the twist of sweet and sour was a game changer. ✔️ House Sisig – always a favorite, crunchy and flavorful every bite.

But what truly stood out was how the staff handled an embarrassing moment: I accidentally broke one of their drinking glasses. 😬 I felt terrible, but the team was so kind, calm, and reassuring. No judgment, no fuss—just genuine hospitality and understanding. That level of professionalism and grace made us feel even more comfortable and appreciated as customers.

Great food, lovely ambiance, and service that goes above and beyond. Thank you, Manam Nuvali, for turning a small accident into a heartwarming reminder of true Filipino hospitality. 🙌💖

Will definitely be back—and I’ll hold on tighter to my glass next time! 😂 #ManamNuvali #5StarService #FilipinoComfortFood...
