Misto at Seda Nuvali — Restaurant in Santa Rosa

Food in general was okay. There are some really good ones like grilled ham and cheese sandwich, pork adobo, etc.

But what irked me was the deceit of the chef when he told the servers the soup of the day was clam chowder soup. I ate the soup but almost halfway through, still didn’t find any clams. I called the attention of the servers to ask where the clams are. The server and chef (?) spoke on the phone and said that it was a mistake, it was actually CRAB chowder and that the chef was on his way up to explain it to me.

Even if they claim that it was indeed crab chowder, where are the crab meat? Is the chef calling me stupid? Blind? Ignorant? That was blatant deceitful on his part. He even lied to my face.

I am pretty generous with my 2 stars.

However, i would give separate 5 stars to my night shift servers Grace and Jenny when i was there (8-10pm). They were very accommodating and attentive to customers. Kudos to...

Disappointed with Our Visit to Nuvali Misto

We had a group dinner today with family and friends, and unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. There were flies (bangaw) around the dining area, which made the ambiance feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. The pancit canton served was malagsak (sticky and overcooked) and tasted like it had been sitting for a while, not fresh at all. We were also very disappointed with the desserts. The parfait tasted spoiled, the cheesecake had an overpowering eggy taste, and overall, the dessert selection was subpar and lacked quality. While the staff were polite, they couldn’t provide an extra baby chair despite us coming in as a big group with children, which was very inconvenient.

Honestly, with the price point and the location, we expected a much better dining experience. Sadly, we won’t be coming back anytime soon unless...

My family had lunch buffet last July 2022 for my birthday celebration. For starter, there's veggies salad, macaroni salad, prawn cocktail which are so plump and juicy, 2 varieties of hot soups.. For main course, pasta, fish, vegetables, beef served on chaffing dish, while in the carving/hot section are pork crackling , roasted chicken, steak..On the dessert table are cheese platter, assorted mini cakes, their fruit platter selections have good quality compared to other buffet restos. Drinks are not included in the price of P945/person... The atmosphere is good as it is spacious, bright and not too crowded even though all seats are occupied. The staffs are polite...
