disappointing experience with your store. I ordered refillable drink, lasagna and an 18 inch pizza. recap done, no offers, no advise how many minutes. Usual dining SOP, drinks first, my partner didnt order drinks so they gave her water, but didnt bring my refillable drink, i have to mention it to the waiter so he can bring it. I was expecting for my refillable drink to be refilled. I checked for available waiter but there was not. So i stood up went to the bar and asked for the drink to be refilled. They offered to bring bring the drink back on the table. Whats the point? Im already there. There are, i think 2 or 3 waiters at that time. and around 5 or 6 tables with guests. hindi po syam syam. lasagna and the carbonara was on my table after a few minutes. then we took pictures. Naubos ko na ung lasagna at a very slow pace, the pizza isnt there yet so i asked the lady in dirty white collared uniform, whats taking so long. she said their SOP is after appetizer, pizza should be there im not sure if she said 15 to 20 or 20 to 25 mins after. but the pizza came 30 mins after. tapos na kami kumain im not sure if im the only one na nagreklamo regarding that kind of SOP with the time span na hihintayin ng guest after appetizer but usually everything should be in the table, including pizza. nawalan nako ng gana. and i have to keep standing up for my drink to be refilled. the lady who i talked to isnt apologetic at all, she just explained what their sop is, so as the guy with the same collared shirt. I actually asked the guy in collared shirt to sit down, but for some reason hindi pa kami tapos magusap he stood up like he is in a hurry. wether he is not in a hurry or is in a hurry he shouldnt do that. The experience is a complete disaster, im a fan of your product. but after that.,,, ill just go somewhere else because of that experience. im not looking for compensation, its too late. do not even think of offering food. By the way, hindi sila nagbigay ng resibo sakin. They just gave me the receipt for charging my card. that what triggered this post. Pizza hut is already known for its good food but this branch has a lack of being organize, when we ordered pizza, they didn't included the water, so we ended up waiting for it. We called a certain waitress to bring us water, so after some long time, we called her attention again but she have us wait for she is busy, then when she was free to serve, she went to another table to get their order, so we tried to call another waiter/waitress but everyone seems busy doing something, then we saw a certain waiter accidentally dropped a pizza, which is not ours but still we feel for the customer who ordered that, they'll have to wait for another 20 minutes for the pizza, then we saw the waitress who we first called and she was preparing an empty table, when she was done, we called her again and ask for the water again, and after a very long wait, we finally got our water(I've never been happy to get a glass of water). After getting the water, we asked for the bill to the same waitress and she quickly gave it to us but she gave us the wrong bill, so we called for a manager and told what happened and he pointed it out to the waitress what she had done, if she is only a trainee or a new waitress, that's fine but if she is already there for too long then that is not something to take granted for and they should consider her to be a waitress there or not. Surprisingly, the restaurant at that time was not even half occupied, only a few customers was there and seeing how the waitresses and waiters scrambling like headless chicken means something is wrong, and its organization. Please don't order Shrimp Arrabiatta. At almost ₱300 and with a great name to go with the price, you'd be forgiven for expecting a dish with some real excitement. But, after turning over layers of lukewarm, overcooked, nearly dissolving pasta for the shrimp for which this dish is named, you'll find two of them, (we ordered two of the Arrabiatta so no mistake about the under-generous portioning) cold, raw shrimp, joining a scanty number of black olive slices and a flavorless sauce, all wrapped in paper. We told our waitress the shrimp was raw. She brought it to the attention of one of the three men leaning against the pickup counter who explained without personally needing to see for himself the condition of the shrimp, that it was NOT overcooked. It was steamed. Aha! Bad food, bad management, bad experience. Or waitress was helpless against the Pizza Hut male contingent, and to be fair, she was great. She wouldn't eat raw shrimp either, "steamed" or otherwise. We will never visit this...
