Bad customer service, we ordered pizza and they have set a time frame for the delivery but did not delivered on time. The driver was late for 40 minutes! Again 40 minutes! We called the branch and spoke to the manager and seems like he doesn't even care with the issue the rider even blamed us that the address was wrong wherein fact we repeatedly gave our exact address when we're placing our order. My wife used to work at Shakey's and i used to be a manager also at a restaurant and this not how we address issues like this. So disappointed! This is not just for the free pizza we paid for it this is about integrity and accountability what happened to your core values as a company when you have people like this.

PS: The so called manager promised a call back...

Very new branch of Shakey’s Pizza Parlor in F Reyes street, Balibago Road, Santa Rosa Laguna located almost opposite Jollibee Brusmick Place.

The best pizza 🍕 thin or thick crust, chicken and mojos, caesar’s salad, spaghetti, carbonara, and pitcher of iced tea good for 8-10 people for their 2019 pesos promotional offering is definitely a winner. Parking can be a challenge but staff are friendly and quick to customer’s needs and requirements. CR is clean, with ample supply of hand wash, toilet tissues and bidet for your comfort. Over-all customer service experience is above very good, not yet excellent but almost there.😊😊😊😊😊...

We are less likely to visit this branch again. The staff though courteous are inattentive and not welcoming. They're slow and sloppy. We waited for more than 30mins for our order only to find out that it had been sitting in the counter for a while, of course it's already cold. Plus, the comfort room is unmaintained and dirty.

This is the worst branch I've ever visited and I have always loved Shakey's. But this branch is 🤮.
