Aling Tonya's Seafood in Silang Cavite
We bought mud crabs and paid for P800 per kilo, shrimp for 5 600 per kilo and liempo for 500 per kilo in their small palengke in front of the restaurant. ALL ITEMS WERE "FRESH" at the point of sale BUT upon serving the food, here's what happened:
The waitress assigned to us is very courteous. The ambience is very good.
The only problem is the SWITCHING SCAM and the BAWAS quantity in the serving from the kitchen staffs.
The expensive cost of the food and paluto is not worthy to pay Maybe the manager instructed the kitchen staffs to serve the OLD STOCKS first and BAWASAN ang pwedeng bawasan na items before serving.

Read moreThe food isn't fresh like they advertise. The baked mussels they offered is old and taste rotten. The butter garlic crab would be good but they use a lot of margarine and the oily feeling from it is unpleasant. The sweet and sour lapu lapu is okay but the sauce is too much and it doesn't even taste like fish anymore.
The music was Filipino opm music and rap but it was pretty loud and the service crew was just joking and playing around with each other.
