Caffè Sant'Antonio — Restaurant in Silang

This café restaurant is filled with countless Jesus and Madonna figures, and a staff that is almost completely incapable. I really don't understand what these people are doing there. Primarily, an incompetent person who presumably calls himself a waiter and is already noticeable by his shuffling gait. I arrived at 6.15 and ordered a Pizza and a beer. It anyway took a long time, when they arrived to ask what I want. Then they brough an almost warm beer and a glass of ice. I had that beer which was really no fun and asked for another one - cold please. Then they arrived with a second beer as warm as the first one and they told me that there is no cold beer. So ... no beer. Five minutes later they came to bring the bill while I was eating. Another five minutes later a woman arrived - I am still eating - telling me, that the Restaurant will close at 7pm. So if they close at seven, why can´t the tell me that before I was ordering ? So I left a part of the Pizza, which was mor as a pancake with cheese , paid and went. They wont´t see me again. Remarkable was that shuffling guy. This kind of workers you can put in the kitchen for cleaning the dishes but surely can not let him deal...

This was such a let down. When my mum first told me that there's a "new" cafe in Silang she saw from a vlog and mentioned this, I told her "it has always been there and no one usually eats there".

And now we know why. we waited for 10 mins for our orders to be taken, and that's with 3 other groups of customers around us complaining due to the long wait. and bc they were charged wrong. Another customer asked for a refund instead as her group was already leaving and she still hasn't gotten her latte. Lists of orders missing, too. Very unorganized. Staff complaining instead of working. We waited for more than an hour for our orders that are not even worth that 1 hour we've lost. The supposed to be meryenda became our dinner.

This is why it is important that 'vloggers' upload responsibly. There are a lot of 'oldies' on social medias that are gullible. I mean, I'd go with my parents wherever...

very dissatisfied and disappointed with the place. marketing their cup when it’s not available so early in the day already? food took long (40 mins to 1 hour) without informing us when we ordered. we were able to know about this when we followed up. then it gets worser as the food we ordered came cold! what was the long wait for? chicken wings were old stock, still has blood, and came with the wrong sauce. pasta was served cold that it was very hard to chew. tocino had a weird texture. tonkatsu is so small and overpriced. coffee was not worth it. the only saving grace was the pizza which was serve after 20 minutes of waiting and thankfully served hot. however, it also had its downside of no utensils and plates served with it! we had to eat it with our bare hands as the utensils came so much later and we were starving. overall, not recommending this place. go somewhere better...
