My wife and I came here to experience specialty coffee and we had a fun time! We explained we wanted to try out different brew methods and beans with different flavor profiles. The barista (Genie) was super friendly and we had an illuminating conversation with her about different beans and brew methods. She brewed us espresso with their house blend and we also had Ethiopian beans brewed with an aeropress and beans from Bukidnon brewed with a V60. All three beans had fabulous flavor! The house blend had the most interesting and complex flavor profile, the Ethiopian beans had a strong and pleasant cherry flavor (my wife thought it was like red wine), and the Bukidnon beans tasted like sweet strawberry candy, just like the Creme Savers brand (despite the coffee being black!). I didn't have to seek out these notes in any of the coffees, they were very apparent (and enjoyable). I didn't know black coffee could be so delicious and varied! We will be returning again to buy some of the house blend beans for our brikka at home.

If you are looking for a really good cup of coffee in Tagaytay, you absolutely need to check this place out. The staff around here are really passionate about their coffee and its high lighted in the manual pour-over brew. Sitting at the bar will give you a glimpse of what specialty coffee is all about. Different drippers and beans are available so do take time to ask the barista about it so they can determine your preference and make a suggestion. From the grinding of the beans to the extraction, every step is well thought of and crafted. Price points will be a bit higher than your regular cup of joe from other coffee shops in the area but the taste profile is way complex and better. 5 slot main parking and 3 more can squeeze in on the side. Place has a clean modern interiors with artworks. Cool AC with strong WIFI. Alfresco seating available if you want to take advantage of the cool Tagaytay weather. Restroom clean and well maintained.
