The restaurant is inside Alta D Tagaytay. The restaurant is cozy and the ambience is good. Outdoor seating is available with a great overlooking view of the Taal lake and is best when it's not too sunny, windy or raining. Indoor seating is well airconditioned. Crispy pata serving is huge and to die for. Kare-kare tastes great if not for the sauce. Rice servings are big. Food preparation takes anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes. Very nice restaurant and located within Alta D Tagaytay Hotel. Lots of free parking but the parking at the lower area is quite steep.

Food is great an we had lunch here to celebrate my nephew’s birthday. Like their chicken, dinuguan, bulalo, tuna, etc. Also had coffee and turon for dessert.

They also have a singing trio who sang old favorite songs. Very entertaining.

Barrio Fiesta is an old, venerable restaurant that specializes in traditional Philippine cuisine. Don't expect fusion or new presentation styles that seem to be gaining ground among many new Filipino restaurants. This is good, old fashioned Filipino food.
