Our experience at Coffee Project was quite disappointing. While we understand that the location is in an expensive neighborhood, the parking was both expensive and complicated. Additionally, the bathroom entry code was inconvenient.
The most frustrating part of our experience was with our order. We had ordered a caramel latte, but were served a cafe latte instead. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they offered to add caramel syrup drizzle to the cafe latte as a solution. When we expressed our confusion and requested a new caramel latte, they initially agreed. However, upon receiving the "new" drink, it was clear that they had simply added milk to the original cafe latte with caramel, resulting in a drink that was overly sweet, lacking in coffee flavor, and not at all what we had ordered.
As a former barista, I know that simply adding caramel to a cafe latte does not make it a proper caramel latte. This experience left us feeling disappointed and frustrated with the service at Coffee Project.
Not recommend and we won't be going to any coffee...
Read moreafter our Breakfast Charity Ride Event in Casobe Calatagan, our Pinoy Ninja Club Inc decided to take our late lunch here since still a bit early leaving the place.
as expected, since it's Sunday, the road condition going to Tagaytay starting from Nasugbu Arc, was really a jam packed and heavy traffic, but, still, our motorist are very kind to let us pass probably knowing the bikers condition at the heat weather condition.
Arriving the place, really a comfy place to stay, less crowd, though it's Sunday, but the ordering really take so late to serve, notice that the Cashier alone is the one preparing for the drinks and at the same time as a Cashier. Also, looks like at the Kitchen, 1 or 2 person I notice preparing the foods, and seeing the customer starting to come in and become more crowded.
by the way, Thank you to the Jaguars (Sikyo) who assisted us in parking our motorcycles in way they really help/assist us to occupy spaces though not intended for parking.. Two Thums up for them 😊👏👍❤️🙏
Sad to say, I don't have picture to post and really my bad......
Read moreLooks are definitely deceiving ! I walked in and was surprised about how well decorated and pleasant the atmosphere was. One couple was present and a lady was ordering, the girl behind the counter seemed to struggle. I pulled up a chair and patiently waited. I ordered a simple egg breakfast and a cappuccino , she informed Me something about a 30-45 min wait because of staffing problems. I requested just the cappuccino, she then announced a problem with that and asked if I came in a scooter or car. They wanted me to pay for parking unless I ordered a minimum order of around 350 or more pesos. Her voice was very small so I’m not exactly sure the amount but felt like my morning just became unpleasant so I drove around the corner to Dear Joes at crosswind’s north , I got free parking, smiling staff and cold water while waiting shortly while enjoying great views free Wi-Fi and good music . What a difference great customer service and proper well...
