Kingyo Japanese Ramen House — Restaurant in Tagaytay

We ordered a tonkotsu ramen, abori salmon maki, spicy salmon maki, and chicken karaage. The broth of the ramen tasted great! The broth looked like it was watered down when it was served but the taste was on point. Both makis tasted great but I would get the spicy salmon over the abori next time. The chicken karaage was your typical karaage, but the serving size was a bit small.

The place did not have AC. They had a fan. We went at night and all the doors and windows are open. And since the location is surrounded by trees, there were a few bugs flying and some mosquitoes. They had a huge fan though but it wasn’t on when we got there. The staff was gracious enough to turn it on for us, however.

We were the only customer when we ate here on a weekday lunch. They don't accept credit cards, but yes to GCASH.

Serving size is ok for the price. I didn't like yung timpla ng ramen though, iba lasa.

I'm quite impressed with the quality of food they have. Had some sashimi and they tasted good and fresh to my liking. The prices are reasonable. It's now one of my favorite Japanese restaurants to go to. Customer service...
