Raving Review for Sir Martin Reyes at Laurentinos
What a night! Initially, we were met with a disappointing start when the hostess greeted us rather rudely. However, everything changed when Sir Martin arrived at our table. His exceptional service and warmth turned our Valentine’s dinner into a truly memorable experience.
From the moment he approached us, it was clear that Martin is a gem. He was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our needs were met without us having to ask. His politeness and accommodating nature made us feel valued and welcomed. What impressed us most was his initiative; he was always mindful of the entire dining experience, seamlessly coordinating with the kitchen and other staff.
Martin’s energy and enthusiasm are truly infectious. It’s evident that he takes pride in his work, and his positive attitude added an extra spark to our evening. We feel fortunate to have had him as our server, and he is undoubtedly a tremendous asset to Laurentinos.
While our experience was wonderful, there are a few areas for improvement to elevate the dining experience even further:
Seating Options: It would be beneficial to provide guests with seating options upon arrival. As everyone has made reservations, it seems only fair to ensure that the best seats are allocated to all guests, regardless of their background.
Menu Enhancements: The Carbonara and clam chowder soup could use some refinement to reach the high culinary standards we expect from Laurentinos.
Order Flow: Streamlining the flow of orders—ensuring that entrees and main courses are served in a timely manner—would enhance the overall dining experience.
Order Anticipation: It would be fantastic if the restaurant could anticipate orders by sending the menu ahead of time during the reservation process. This way, guests can confirm or make changes once seated.
Kitchen Coordination: Clear communication between the kitchen and servers regarding any menu changes or specials would ensure a smoother service.
Order Timeline: Providing guests with an estimated turnaround time for their orders would help manage expectations and enhance the dining experience.
Bread Service: Serving bread to guests while they wait for their food to arrive would provide a nice touch and enhance the overall experience.

Laurentino's is a game-changer-the kind of steakhouse you talk about long after leaving. The ambience was so great, it felt like fine dining but without the exorbitant prices. The guests were placed with enough spacing from each other that we can't hear their convos but not so far that we felt alone in the space. The staff was one of the most, if not the most, wonderful and accommodating people we've ever interacted with. From the parking attendants, security people, and to the servers.
